Mathematical Activities PP1
About This Course
Mathematical Activities introduces young learners to early number concepts, logical thinking, and problem-solving through hands-on play. Children explore counting, sorting, shapes, patterns, measurement, and basic data handling using real objects such as stones, beads, blocks, and classroom materials. The course develops mental processes that enable learners to analyse simple daily-life problems and find appropriate solutions. It builds confidence in mathematics by connecting concepts to the child’s immediate environment, preparing them for formal mathematics in Grade 1.
